About the role:We’re looking for highly experienced senior software engineers in the United States. The software engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain complex, high-performance production software with extensive internal and external dependencies. The role will involve close collaboration with hardware teams to support software development and testing across pre- and post-silicon phases, as well as coordinating cross-layer bug fixes. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in C/C++, Python, and build automation, strong documentation skills, and excels in solving complex technical problems in a collaborative environment.What you'll do:Design, develop, test, and maintain complex codebases with many internal and external dependenciesWork with hardware teams to develop and test software pre- and post-siliconCoordinate bug fixes that impact various layers of core production softwareQualifications:10+ years industry experience developing and deploying high performance production softwareExpertise in C, C++, Python, CMake, Gitflow, BashExperience developing software with many internal/external dependencies and runtime targetsComfort creating and maintaining complex technical documentation including block diagrams, API docs, and user guidesExperience automating the build and deployment of complex softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCompensation Range: $150,000–$230,000 per year (California).
