You'll work with a small, collaborative team in a fully remote environment with real ownership over what you build. This isn't a role where you'll be handed detailed specs and told to execute. We need someone who can understand problems, propose solutions, and see them through production. You'll have significant influence over technical direction and help set the standard for how we build software. AI tools are part of how we build software here. We use AI-assisted development daily—not as a novelty, but as a core part of our engineering workflow. We're looking for someone who already works this way and wants to push further.
