You'll build intuitive user interfaces, implement complex interactive features, and create seamless user experiences for our web applications and mapping platforms.What You'll Do:Architect and develop responsive, performant web and native applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologiesBuild and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across productsCollaborate with design teams to translate mockups and wireframes into best in class, interactive user interfacesOptimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility for production environmentsWork closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end product featuresParticipate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and cross-functional product developmentRequirements:5+ years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworksAdvanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and component-based architecture patternsStrong experience with CSS preprocessors, particularly Sass, and responsive design principlesProven ability to build scalable, maintainable frontend applications with clean, well-documented codeExperience with modern build tools, bundlers, and frontend development workflows (Webpack, Vite, etc.)Experience with GraphQL servers and clientsStrong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and browser compatibilityExperience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and collaborative development practicesBonus Points For:Experience building mapping and geospatial user interfaces using Mapbox or similar librariesNative mobile development experience (React Native, iOS, or Android)Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API)Experience with real-time data visualizationFamiliarity with design tools (Figma) and design system implementationProficiency in GoFamiliarity with WASMExperience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and cross-platform developmentExperience with gRPC clients and serversIf this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
