Senior Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech (Remote • U.S.)

What You’ll Do

Build and scale full-stack systems for live healthcare workflows

Write clean, tested code in React + Ruby on Rails

Design APIs for ops, logistics, and clinical insights

Collaborate directly with product and engineering leads

Review code, improve standards, ship fast

Own features from idea → launch → iteration

Must-Haves

5+ years full-stack experience (production systems)

Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript + React

Proven Ruby on Rails experience (or strong MVC background)

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Clear ownership, bias for action, fast learner

Nice to Have

PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI/ML exposure

Experience with analytics-heavy or data pipeline systems
