About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to strengthen our product engineering team and contribute to several business-critical platforms. In this role, you will work across backend and frontend, take ownership of key features end-to-end, and help maintain a high standard of code quality, performance, and scalability.

What You Will Do:


Design, implement, and maintain features across Laravel APIs and React/TypeScript applications
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
Improve performance through efficient data access, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing
Write and maintain automated tests using Pest
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering standards
Contribute to deployment workflows and development environments using Docker and GitLab
Support production troubleshooting using Loki/Grafana and structured logging practices


Who We Are Looking For:


Strong commercial experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer (Laravel + React)
Proficiency with PHP and modern backend development in Laravel
Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Strong understanding of software engineering principles (Clean Code, SOLID, KISS, DRY)
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and performance-minded development
Practical knowledge of Redis (caching; queues is a plus)
Comfortable working in a Docker and GitLab environment
Ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
English: B2 (Upper intermediate), Russian (strong advantage)


Nice To Have:


Familiarity with payment platforms/financial systems
Experience working in FinTech industry
Experience with observability practices and dashboards in Grafana (alerts/queries - plus)
