In order to do this, we are seeking enthusiastic backend engineers to join our Backend team and contribute to the evolution of our fast growing platform. Software engineers join the team as we are a dynamic startup supported by the infrastructure and process of a large business, enabling us to build cutting edge technology. We have already built our own Chatbot with Machine Learning and are developing further our Artificial Intelligence as well as Blockchain. The roleWe are currently looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our fast growing platform. The person covering the role is passionate about programming, knowledgeable about design patterns, fond of RESTful APIs and clean, robust micro-service architectures. We are a distributed team and therefore an extremely good attitude to communication is essential.You'll be working on machine learning and other cutting edge technologies. We use agile methodologies and release frequently. SkillsStrong knowledge of JavaExperience with MongoDBStrong understanding of design patterns and Object Oriented ProgrammingIn-depth experience of working with RESTful APIsCapable of writing robust, clean codeExperience working in an Agile Scrum environment and collaborative tools (e.g Jira)Understanding of build processes and CI tooling (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins)Experience with Unit/UI/API testing, MOCKsExperience with Git Knowledge of React and web client technologies is a plusYou have excellent communication skills in English.We look for the brightest and best people.
