You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend to shape our React Native app using Expo, delivering fast, intuitive, and meaningful experiences to our users.We’re a small, high-impact team—so this is more than a feature factory role. You'll contribute to technical direction, process evolution, and help shape a product that's making a real difference in people's lives.What You’ll DoBuild and refine features in our React Native app (currently migrating to Expo).Own projects end-to-end—from discovery through to deployment—with autonomy and accountability.Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on user-facing features.Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, ensure performance, and debug issues.Bring structure to evolving processes by improving code quality, CI/CD, testing practices, and dev tools.Contribute to our engineering culture of ownership, growth, and iteration.Support initiatives around observability, debugging, and foundational tech as we scale.Who You AreExperienced: You’ve got 6+ years of frontend experience, with fluency in JavaScript, React Native, and/or Expo.Autonomous: You're comfortable owning work, making decisions, and jumping into ambiguity.
