This position will have responsibility, on behalf of the enterprise, to design, develop, test, support, and maintain software applications used by the Iowa DOT.  Successful candidates for this position will have strong, demonstrated experience with the following: Coach, mentor and develop staff in the role of team lead Collaboration with team members to develop and implement new software applications on schedule Customer support of developed and/or purchased applications Working and communicating with all clients and customers providing quality professional service.
