Mapjects is an mid phase start-up with products deployed in the field.email resume to dev@mapjects.com - jobs@mapjects.com In this position, Mapjects, is seeking two talented and motivated Javascript developers (frontend UI, UX, all user interactions) to perform functions such as - 1) upgrades 2) merge/consolidate the front-end or 3) start from scratch. Our client is growing a small and enthusiastic web & design team.a. Status UI: Display job specific information in the status UI.b. File Upload progress UI for each file being uploaded to the server, Support drag and drop of files in the UIc. Language selection settings.d. Use Knockout JS for the entire UI and implement the MVVM methodology in the entire UI code.e. Clean up existing script code (e.g., use proper naming conventions for variables rather than naming them “I”, “j”….).f. Defects fixing.g. Update UI library versions (e.g. jQuery, jQuery UI, jqGrid) when new versions come out.Validate that the updates made do not break the UI.h. Write unit tests for all UI code using QUnit. Interact with the Shanghai test team for web app UI features and known issues.
