Job briefDA is looking for a Web Developer/Designer to join our team in architecting the future of websites by creating meaningful connections with consumersAs part of a complete digital advertising solution, the Web Development and Implementation team is responsible for an integral part of DA’s business—the presentation of the client's content. The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of both web development and design.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do• Implement existing design guidelines and best practices while discovering opportunities to establish new processes as our product offerings expand• Execute technical tasks and make design decisions independently• Conceptualize creative ideas based on client needs• Integrate with third-party ad servers and custom publisher CMS environments• Identify issues uncovered by client feedback and testing, and correct or refer issues to appropriate personnel for correction• Write documentation on the team's new and existing processes• Collaborate frequently with teams across the organizationWhat You Need• 3-5 years of professional work experience in front-end web development, with a portfolio website and/or examples of past web development work required• Experience writing clean, efficient, and compliant code without frameworks, using front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript• Strong understanding of front-end design and visual principles, such as layout, typography, and color• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser development/compatibility and testing• Knowledge and understanding of content management systems• Analytical, creative, and inventive thinking with a strong attention to detail• Experience with advertising technologies is strongly preferred• Some experience with Figma, Photoshop...
