  Profile Requirements:
  
   Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional development experience with a strong emphasis on React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
   Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks, responsive design principles, and component-based architecture.
   Backend Familiarity: Comfortable reading and contributing to backend code (Node.js, Express.js) and working with PostgreSQL databases.
   Version Control & Deployment: Skilled in Git/GitHub workflows and experienced with AWS services (S3, CloudFront) for deployment.
   Problem Solving & Communication: Excellent debugging, collaboration, and written English communication skills for remote teamwork.
   Industry Background: Experience in large-scale, SEO-driven, or AI-integrated platforms preferred, along with familiarity in visualization tools, TypeScript, and agile methodologies.
  
  Core responsibilities:
  
   Frontend Development: Build and enhance the React-based CMS dashboard, creating responsive, intuitive, and visually cohesive interfaces across large-scale web applications.
   UI/UX Optimization: Develop reusable components and implement dynamic user interfaces that maintain performance and usability while managing thousands of concurrent pages.
   Performance and Accessibility: Optimize frontend performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and maintain full mobile responsiveness.
   Data Visualization: Design and integrate charts, reports, and analytics dashboards using visualization libraries like Chart.js or D3.js.
   Full Stack Collaboration: Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and assist with backend Node.js development and database structure discussions as needed.
   Continuous Improvement: Participate in agile development cycles, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape frontend standards as the system scales.
