As a Software Development Engineer, your tasks will revolve around the creation and maintenance of programs aligned to the company’s technology strategy.
 
You will work closely with the Product Owner team to identify user needs and introduce software and technology into the company’s portfolio that match those needs. Working with a Product Owner who will coordinate user feedback, your role will be to update the product so that this feedback is successfully incorporated into a newer version.

Responsibilities

Analysis and development of IT projects
Project design in accordance with Project Management or client needs
Implementation of projects according to defined requirements using tools, languages and scripts in required development environment.
Application of best programming practices in respective languages/scripts and in key areas of operation.
Creation of unit tests and documentation.
Project deployment and upkeep of projects in production.
Continuous debugging and improvement of existing projects.
Observation of the health of existing projects and products.
Knowledge distribution with team members and offering assistance when needed.
Research and development into new technologies and solutions.
Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor. 
Any other tasks as required by the system documentation and Argos-certified ISO standards.


Qualifications
Education, skills, and experience

Knowledge of an extensive technical stack that supports frontend such as: TypeScript, ReactJS, Vue.js, Vuetify, Vite, Vitest, Pinia, Svelte, Redux, Puppeteer, Cypress.
Readily able to communicate technical information to non-experts.
Capability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
Open-minded approach to new technology and new challenges.
A deep understanding of localization tools, industry standards, systems, and integrations, including cutting edge technology developments and trends in this space.
Creative, solution-oriented, hardworking, and analytical mindset.
Eagerness to find solutions to technical problems that are new to the industry.
