Role Summary We are seeking a very senior Frontend Engineer (with strong full-stack skills) to build and scale world-class mobile financial applications. Youโ€™ll be working at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and AI - delivering flawless UI/UX, crafting secure APIs, and accelerating development using cutting-edge AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. Key Responsibilities Develop production-grade, pixel-perfect UIs in React Native + Expo, using Tamagui + Style Dictionary for design consistency. Own critical features including: wallets, payments, onboarding, notifications, and transaction histories. Build and maintain scalable serverless APIs (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge). Integrate stablecoin / blockchain payment flows with regulatory-grade security. Implement real-time experiences with WebSockets and SSE, including AI-driven chat and streaming UX. Optimize performance (Hermes, Reanimated, FlashList) and ensure high observability (Sentry, Better Stack). Collaborate closely with design using Figma โ†’ Tokens โ†’ Tamagui workflows. Actively leverage AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP integrations) to accelerate delivery. Contribute to AI-assisted engineering best practices and mentor other engineers. Requirements 10+ years of professional engineering experience, with 5+ years building mobile fintech apps. Proven track record delivering complex, secure financial products with high-quality UX/UI.
