Front End Developer UI Designer
1950 Roland Clarke Place, Reston, VA, USAFull Time
Department of Interior modernizations of the DARTS application, including data and database migration, new web-based front-end design and development, use of user roles to drive front end features, incorporation of AI/LLM technology for searching documents. The project intends to streamline front-end processes for the user and improve back-end performance.

Primary Job Duties:

Duty: Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc) (60%)
Duty: UI/UX implementation/ human centered design (20 %)
Duty: Compatibility, Access, and 508 Compliance (10 %)
Duty: Testing, Maintenance, Version Control (10 %)
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of React, Angular, Flutter
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
Experience with version control (Git), build tools, and preprocessors
Preferred Skills:

508 Compliance Design and Testing
Scrum/Agile project experience
Customer collaboration experience and team-oriented communication
