The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to become our first in-house technical hire.
You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder and Head of Operations to design, build, and own the core internal systems that power our operations. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll help turn manual workflows into scalable, AI-powered systems.

What You’ll Do
Become the technical owner of our internal AI infrastructure and automation systemsWork closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable solutionsDesign and build end-to-end systems: backend logic, databases, automation pipelines, and simple but functional frontendsConsolidate existing tools and automations into a single, cohesive platformBuild, train and maintain AI-powered workflowsMake decisions around architecture, scalability, and security with long-term growth in mindMaintain and improve existing systems, ensuring reliability as complexity increases

What We’re Looking For
This role sits at the intersection of AI systems and full-stack development. You don’t need to be a specialist in everything, but you should be comfortable owning the whole picture.
Core requirements:
Consolidated experience in PythonStrong experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, similar)Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents)Basic server and infrastructure management experience (e.g. DigitalOcean or equivalent)Ability to build and maintain simple, functional frontends to support internal toolsExperience or strong interest in image generation pipelines (e.g. Nano Banana Pro or similar tools)Clear communication skills you can explain technical decisions in plain English
