About the roleWe are building the data connectivity, context, and control layer for AI-native infrastructure. Developers building AI agents and AI-native platforms that access application and enterprise data must trust our MCP Servers, SDKs, Connectors, and integration patterns.The Director of Developer Relations is responsible for building that trust across the developer ecosystem.This role leads CData’s developer engagement strategy, ensuring developers can discover, evaluate, and successfully build with our platform. The Director will establish CData’s technical voice in the developer community, build relationships with developers and technical influencers, and create the programs that drive developer adoption. You will be accountable for measurable developer engagement and adoption outcomes.  This role operates primarily at the early stages of the developer journey, building engagement and credibility that ultimately creates demand and product adoption over time.This is a hybrid leadership role appropriate for a high-growth company.
