We are hiring a Director to lead teams within our Growth pillar, responsible for driving long-term retention, engagement, and durable consumer growth at scale.The Growth teams build the systems that power Fetch’s loyalty program and core engagement mechanics, including gaming systems, notifications, offer mechanics, and other retention-driving experiences.
