We are seeking a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer who will play a critical role in developing AI-driven solutions that directly support clinical end users — including physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, and care teams. This is a newly created role with a strong focus on translating advanced analytics into practical, scalable tools that improve clinical decision-making, patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency. Position Summary The Data Scientist / ML Engineer collaborates closely with clinical stakeholders, operational leaders, and IT teams to solve real-world healthcare challenges using advanced data science and machine learning techniques. This role goes beyond model development — it ensures that AI solutions are: Clinically relevant Operationally feasible Seamlessly integrated into provider workflows Designed to enhance—not burden—the end user experience You will design scalable data architectures, build predictive and prescriptive models, and translate complex analytics into actionable tools that clinicians can trust and use effectively in patient care environments.
