About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Ops Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our AI-driven healthcare platform. Collaborate with developers, SREs, and data teams to streamline deployments and improve system performance.What you'll doDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools.Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud services.Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2).Troubleshoot incidents, providing on-call support as needed.Collaborate on infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives.Qualifications3+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools.Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC2 compliance frameworks.Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.Knowledge of security practices in cloud environments.Compensation:The base compensation range for the role is: $100,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split.
