The Gist…
We are seeking a motivated backend engineer with strong experience in backend development, data engineering, and cloud services. You’ll help build scalable GenAI-enabled web applications and collaborate within a dynamic team. 
What Your Day Might Include…
 

 Develop and maintain efficient backend systems and APIs. 
 Design GenAI-driven workflows, integrating large language models. 
 Implement cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalability and security. 
 Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
 Develop and maintain data pipelines and support ETL processes. 
 Perform testing, debugging, and ensure backend quality. 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation. 

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 
 4–7 years’ backend development experience. 
 Active US CBP Public Trust or DoD Secret clearance. 
 Strong Python proficiency. 
 Database expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
 RESTful API and cloud platform experience. 
 Hands-on with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini). 
 Familiar with Git version control. 
 Data engineering experience (ETL pipelines, data warehousing, tools like Spark or Airflow).
