Job Title: AI/ML Backend Engineer Job Summary: We seek an AI/ML Backend Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for analyzing call transcriptions, extracting insights, and automating sales processes. You will train LLMs with proprietary domain data, provide cost-benefit analyses (CBA) to stakeholders, and guide AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & AI Model Monitoring ● Query and analyze call data using SQL for AI training and fine-tuning. ● Build pipelines to process, clean, and prepare training datasets. ● Extract structured data (intent, entities, dialogue flow) from various sources. ● Implement real-time and batch data processing for segmentation and insights. Conversational AI & LLM Development ● Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Gemini) with proprietary data. ● Develop AI-driven chat and speech bots for lead engagement and customer support. ● Train models for contextual and natural interactions. ● Optimize bots with NLP techniques and custom tools. ● Implement RAG using vector embeddings and LangChain (or similar) for domain-specific knowledge. ● Manage vector embeddings and integrate AI models with external data sources.
