    Job Title: AI/ML Backend Engineer 
   
   
    Job Summary:
   
   
    We seek an AI/ML Backend Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for analyzing call transcriptions, extracting insights, and automating sales processes. You will train LLMs with proprietary domain data, provide cost-benefit analyses (CBA) to stakeholders, and guide AI initiatives.
   
   
    
   
   
    Key Responsibilities:
   
   
    Data Analysis & AI Model Monitoring
   
   
    ● Query and analyze call data using SQL for AI training and fine-tuning.
   
   
    ● Build pipelines to process, clean, and prepare training datasets.
   
   
    ● Extract structured data (intent, entities, dialogue flow) from various sources.
   
   
    ● Implement real-time and batch data processing for segmentation and insights.
   
   
    Conversational AI & LLM Development
   
   
    ● Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Gemini) with proprietary data.
   
   
    ● Develop AI-driven chat and speech bots for lead engagement and customer support.
   
   
    ● Train models for contextual and natural interactions.
   
   
    ● Optimize bots with NLP techniques and custom tools.
   
   
    ● Implement RAG using vector embeddings and LangChain (or similar) for domain-specific knowledge.
   
   
    ● Manage vector embeddings and integrate AI models with external data sources.
   
   
    Machine Learning & Model Optimization
   
   
    ● Develop, train, and evaluate ML models for predictive analytics and automation.
   
   
    ● Implement feature engineering and model optimization techniques.
   
   
    ● Utilize supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods to enhance AI capabilities.
   
   
    ● Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and manage drift detection.
   
   
    ● Track AI model performance and implement error detection.
   
   
    ● Develop guardrails to prevent hallucinations and enforce AI ethics.
   
   
    Create & Deploy AI Agents / AI as a Service (AaaS)

    API & Backend Development

   Requirements
   
    Qualifications & Experience:
   
   
    
   
   
    ● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
   
   
    ● AI/ML certification preferred.
   
   
    ● Skilled in executing AI-driven strategies as set out by stakeholder
   
   
    ● Experience developing and deploying LLM applications, particularly RAG architectures, NLP expertise with Transformers.
   
   
    ● Strong Python backend skills.
   
   
    ● Proficiency in SQL, Data analysis, vector databases, LangChain (or similar)
   
   
    ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
   
   
    ● Background in VoIP, IVR, and FreeSWITCH integration is a plus.
   
   
    ● Automotive industry experience is an advantage
