We are looking for an AI-Focused Fullstack Developer who is eager to grow in an international environment and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Responsibilities
   
    Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using modern tools and technologies
    Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation
    Build and iterate on prototypes and MVPs to support new product ideas
    Work across the full stack, including backend, database and frontend development
    Integrate new features and support testing and release processes
    Create tailored software solutions for hospitality and management operations
    Requirements
   
    Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    Experience or strong interest in working with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
    Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Python and database management
    Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and documentation
    Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on fast iteration and practical solutions
    Fluent English (German is a plus)
