The Role We are looking for a pragmatic and highly efficient Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code- you architect and ship it. You believe that AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are force multipliers, not shortcuts. Your primary mission is to take a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and turn it into a fully functional, deployed web application in record time. You are the pilot; AI is your engine. We care about the result, code quality, and speed of delivery- not how many hours you spent typing boilerplate. Responsibilities: What You Will Drive Translate PRDs to Product: Analyze Product Requirement Documents and instantly map out the technical architecture and database schema. AI-First Development: Utilize LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to generate high-quality boilerplate, UI components, and business logic rapidly. Full Cycle Delivery: Handle everything from the frontend UI and backend API to database integration and deployment. Code Review & Refinement: You are the expert editor. You must review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability. Rapid Iteration: Implement feedback quickly. You should be able to rebuild or pivot features in hours, not days. The Tech Stack Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar component libraries).
