Artificial Intelligence (AI) Researcher

As an AI Researcher, you'll be the at forefront of AI innovation, building state-of-the-art AI solutions through advanced model development and fine-tuning. Responsibilities & Duties:

Process and transform production data to prepare it for AI model training.
Oversee and manage model training and development workflows.
Fine-tune existing models to improve performance and accuracy.
Work with Colab, GitHub, and Python to develop, test, and optimize AI models.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and deep learning research.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to implement AI solutions in production environments.

 
Required Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience with Whisper, Pyannote, LLaMA, or similar AI models.
Strong skills in Colab and GitHub.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to preprocess, clean, and prepare large datasets for training.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with model development and/or fine-tuning in a production setting.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scalable AI training and distributed computing.
Background in deploying models in production environments.
Knowledge of NLP, ASR, or computer vision models.
