They create infrastructure, train algorithms (NLP, computer vision), and integrate models into production using frameworks like Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms. This role requires bridging data science with software engineering to deploy scalable, efficient AI solutions.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models—including deep learning and neural networks. Design and maintain AI development and production infrastructure, integrating AI tools, and deploying models as APIs. Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high data quality and reliability. Optimize AI systems to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI solutions aligned with business objectives.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience leading large operational teams in Service Delivery, provisioning, installation, or related functions. Strong executive presence with ability to present performance metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Deep understanding of order-to-activate delivery models, construction dependencies, and partner-driven execution. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Excellent customer-facing communication skills; able to translate delivery risks into business and revenue impacts. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop both junior and senior team members. Skilled in performance analysis, process gap identification, and implementing measurable improvements. Telecom operations expertise required; fiber service delivery and construction experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and workflow platforms (Pega, OFSC, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL; delivery-focused operational certifications a plus.
