You’ll be accountable for the technical quality of the products your Development Team delivers, partnering closely with the Business and key Stakeholders to ensure all functional and non-functional expectations are met. You’ll act as the primary interface between the Development Team and Leadership, ensuring capacity, capabilities, and skillsets align with ongoing delivery needs. Your time will span Project Leadership, Technical Leadership and mentoring, and hands-on Software Development/System Engineering. You’ll understand Southwest architectural elements, engage in requirements definition and solution design, and provide technical oversight and guidance to one or more software development Teams within Crew Technology.Additional DetailsThis role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus.
