You’ll be accountable for the technical quality of the products your Development Team delivers, partnering closely with the Business and key Stakeholders to ensure all functional and non-functional expectations are met. You’ll act as the primary interface between the Development Team and Leadership, ensuring capacity, capabilities, and skillsets align with ongoing delivery needs. Your time will span Project Leadership, Technical Leadership and mentoring, and hands-on Software Development/System Engineering.
