This position is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States under the following visa categories: H4-EAD, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, U.S. Citizen, L2s, L2-EAD, or J2-EAD. No other visa types are eligible for this role.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Developer with strong Python expertise and experience in financial services and capital markets. You will work on mission-critical applications, driving development, maintenance, and improvements, while ensuring clean, scalable, and high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain financial engineering applications and services.
Implement new features, address technical debt, and fix defects.
Write clean, robust code backed by automated unit and integration tests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different layers of the infrastructure.
Assist in infrastructure upgrades and adoption of modern technologies.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of software development experience, with strong Python skills.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SQL.
Experience in financial services, investments, or capital markets applications.
Hands-on experience with modern software development frameworks, testing, and version control.
Proven ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
