What You'll do:

- Develop new backend features and maintain an existing module;

- Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable APIs;

- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented backend code;

- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot operational data and system behavior;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore solutions, even when requirements are not fully defined;

- Contribute to continuous improvement of backend architecture and engineering practices;

- Remote Work Model.


Who You Are:

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer;

- Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin;

- Solid knowledge of API design and architecture;

- Good understanding of databases (relational and/or NoSQL);

- Ability to work with autonomy and initiative;

- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and exploring solutions proactively.

Nice To Have:

- Experience with streaming and big data technologies: Flink, Kafka Streams, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Athena, Glue, EMR;

- Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices;

- Familiarity with Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus stack;

- Infrastructure and cloud knowledge;

- Experience with Azure environments;

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines;

- Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices.
