Education/Experience:
·        Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
·        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software quality assurance testing methodology.
·        Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies including experience with Atlassian or similar tools.
·        Proficient in test management software.
·        Some experience with manual testing of RESTful API’s.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs.

 
 
Preferred Skill/Abilities: 
·        Testing experience within an organization that has utilized Rapid or Agile SDLC.

Familiar with SSRS reporting.
Understanding of software design and programming principles.

·        Experience with OpenAI Chatbot.
·        Experience with AWS Pinpoint.

Amazon Web Services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB)

·        Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and physical and virtual hardware systems related to the IT operational environment.
·        Experience with UNIX systems.
·        Experience with browser testing tools like HTTPWatch, FireBug, WireShark, and Fiddler.
·        Prior experience in Retail, Mail Order of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical or managed health care industry preferred.
 
 
Work Environment/Physical Requirements: 
·        Home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions.  Transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
·        Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
