This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsCompensation: $50-$150 per hourExperienced Software Engineering professionals are invited to contribute to high-impact research initiatives in collaboration with leading AI research organizations. This role focuses on improving next-generation AI systems through technical evaluation, code validation, prompt refinement, and model benchmarking. It offers a unique opportunity to apply real-world engineering expertise to advance intelligent systems.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Review, validate, and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code outputs.  Assess algorithms and software concepts for technical correctness, efficiency, and clarity.  Provide structured, high-quality feedback on solution design and implementation.  Debug, test, and validate code across multiple programming languages.  Tag, classify, and organize technical content by topic, complexity, and language.  Support benchmarking and evaluation efforts to measure and compare AI model capabilities. Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or technical content development.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).  Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.  Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and validating production-quality code.  Strong attention to detail with comfort in technical documentation and structured feedback.
