At One Zyme, we’re building the AI team-member for life sciences. Our platform continuously ingests and analyzes scientific, funding, and market signals—everything from PubMed to SEC filings to clinical trial registries—to help companies in the biopharma ecosystem uncover opportunities faster.We’re early, fast-moving, and backed by top investors. Now we’re hiring our first software engineers to help build the core product and scale it to enterprise customers.What you’ll doDesign, build, and ship features across our AI-native SaaS stack—from data ingestion pipelines to customer-facing applications.Work directly with the founders to define architecture, technology choices, and product priorities.Contribute to core infrastructure: vector stores, RAG frameworks, orchestration of AI agents, and enterprise-grade data pipelines.Iterate quickly with design partners (biotech and pharma-related customers) to deliver value in real time.Help shape the engineering culture and best practices of a company at the ground floor.Who you areStrong technical foundation. You’ve proven yourself in a big-tech environment, a high-growth startup, or at a top computer science program.Self-starter. You thrive in environments with little structure and high autonomy.
