Software Engineer, Backend (Remote)

Fulfil is a fast-paced stealth startup, located in Redwood City. We are funded by several high-profile VC firms. We aim to merge amazing consumer experience, with AI and robotics.

Server: Node.js
Databases: MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis
Platform: GCP
Frontend: Ionic/Angular


Your Responsibilities

Architect, Build and launch full-stack features and products with an emphasis on backend technologies.
Optimize and scale existing products and services for speed and reliability.
Develop infrastructure to improve and encourage agile, rapid development.


What We’re Looking For

Experience building Node.js applications.
Experience building RestFul API’s.
Experience working with Major MVC frameworks.
Understanding of backend architecture, performance.
B.S., M.S. or PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years of industry experience.
Some experience building Full-stack applications.


Nice to Haves

A deep understanding of MySQL.
Extensive experience with crafting ElasticSearch DSL queries.
Some experience with Ionic/Angular
