About the Role
Our ideal candidate is purpose-driven, results-oriented, able to take ownership of how our products and systems operate, and be awesome to work with. You can take something from a mockup to production and all the steps in between. You must be an excellent team player and be able to contribute positively to our culture of iterative development, team collaboration and our fun, positive, professional work environment.  

Compensation This position offers $108,000 per year 
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
Required Skills and Experience
A minimum of five years experience developing web-based software
Strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, REST API patterns
Strong understanding of SQL Server, Data modeling
Solid understanding of Javascript and a front end framework (React preferred)
Practices SOLID engineering principles
Able to take acceptance criteria and make it a reality from data modeling to the browser
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
Fast learner & strong team player
Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
Project Management Skills
Effectively manages time and prioritizes competing demands in fast-paced environment
Communicates technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Proactively identifies and manages project risks before they become issues
Breaks down complex features into deliverable increments with clear milestones
Adapts to changing requirements and manages scope changes professionally
Facilitates technical discussions and builds consensus across team members
Coordinates release activities including deployment planning and rollback procedures
Senior Level Expectations 
Makes sound architectural and technical decisions independently
Owns features end-to-end from requirements through production support
Mentors other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Identifies systemic issues proactively and drives solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience
Cloud computing, Amazon AWS
Leveraging agentic AI tools in SDLC and IDE
Experience in Test Driven Development and Unit/Integration Testing
Agile team experience
Git, GH Actions, CI/CD
Mastery of slack emojis and gifs
