About Card Cove USA
Card Cove USA is an early-stage startup building an online, sweepstakes-based card gaming platform. We’re currently in the build phase and focused on creating a scalable, compliant, and engaging product from the ground up.

We’re looking to add one software engineer to our small team who is excited about early ownership and helping shape both the product and the technical foundation.

Role Overview

This is an early-stage role compensated with equity and profit share (no salary at this stage). It’s ideal for an engineer who enjoys building early products, has a startup mindset, and wants meaningful ownership in what they’re working on.

You’ll work closely with the founder and the rest of the team to help design, build, and iterate on the platform.

What You’ll Do

Help build and maintain core platform features
Collaborate on architecture and technical decisions
Contribute to frontend, backend, or full-stack development (based on strengths)
Participate in product discussions and early feature planning
Help move the product toward a stable demo and launch
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a software engineer (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
Comfortable working in early-stage, ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Interest in startups, ownership, and long-term upside
Compensation
