About the Role

In this role you will collaborate with the Engineering and product team and actively contribute to the codebase of the platform.  The role reports to the CTO and also collaborates with the CEO

Job Scope

work alongside a team of Frontend, Platform, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists
Plan, execute, and deliver software projects—define deliverables, set timelines, and manage resources
Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure scalable, reliable solutions
Be responsible for code quality through reviews and best practices, maintaining high development standards
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and stakeholders to align engineering with business goals
Qualifications and Prerequisites
7+ years of professional software development experience
Advanced proficiency in Golang (core platform language)
Hands-on experience with React, AWS, and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication skills and a passion for both leadership and coding
