We’re looking for a dynamic engineer who is no stranger to building well-designed, high-performant software applications that support complex business rules and logic.  What You’ll Do Evaluate product and technical requirements; provide accurate effort estimates, identify risks, and propose implementation approaches Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant product functionality Collaborate with Product Management to review designs, present prototypes, and iterate on solutions that balance customer value, technical quality, and delivery timelines Take ownership of features or services across the full lifecycle, from design through deployment, monitoring, and support Contribute to technical and functional innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement in architecture, tooling, and development practices Perform thorough code and design reviews; provide clear, constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the codebase Ensure software meets established quality standards through testing, design reviews, and adherence to best practices  Your First 90 Days   By Day 30, with the support of your Team Lead and our Vice President of Development, you will participate in our virtual immersive, enabling you to learn our product, team, and tech stack. You will join your Scrum Team and work to better understand our current product offering and roadmap commits. By Day 60, along with user stories and product features, you will help your team work on a backlog of technical infrastructure work identified by your Tech Lead in your First 30 Days.    By Day 90, you will play an integral role in delivering on our roadmap. You will have the opportunity to evaluate the strengths and opportunities of our team and tech stack and, in partnership with your Team and Tech Leads, chart a go-forward plan to improve both.    Who You Are  5+ years of full stack Java experience (Java 8 or higher) 3+ years of experience with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)  Experience with RESTful APIs Proficiency with data modeling and database design, including strong SQL skills Prior experience with Git, Tomcat, CI/CD, including Docker containers  Your Differentiators  Experience with responsible usage of AI development tools within the development process Bachelor’s in Computer Science  Our Values   We are a Team.
