Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer (AI & NLP Focus)
URGENT HIRING 
Work Roster: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Melbourne Time) 
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 
Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term 
Experience Required: 5+ years in Full-Stack Development 
 
Role Overview 
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer with Technical Leadership capabilities for our client in Australia to take ownership of system architecture, development, and long-term maintenance across multiple products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up in a fast-moving startup studio environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Architecture & Development 
Lead end-to-end development using a shared, modular technology stack 
Design and implement scalable solutions using React Native and Node.js 
Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code across multiple applications 
Frame internal dashboards, monitoring, and tooling as part of designing scalable systems and shared platforms.
AI Integration 
Building an AI-driven mobile application focused on NLP-based journaling, sentiment analysis, and pattern detection, correlating user inputs with pain/stress signals and delivering empathetic, logic-driven responses.   
Implement and optimise LLM and Vision APIs, specifically GPT-4o 
Develop high-accuracy image recognition and structured text generation pipelines 
Design AI-chaining logic to support multi-step intelligent workflows 
AI audit logs, prompt troubleshooting, and observability as part of building reliable and debuggable AI pipelines.
Cross-Application Scalability 
Build a reusable Master Engine for Authentication, Payments and AI orchestration 
Ensure consistency and scalability across the entire SaaS portfolio 
Ensure user management, subscriptions, and payments as reusable platform components that support multiple products.
Admin & Internal Systems 
Develop a centralised Admin Command Center for internal operations 
Enable system monitoring, user management, and AI troubleshooting.
System Quality & Reliability
Managing real-time alerts for API failures alongside database performance and bottleneck tracking.

Technical Requirements 
Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js 
Mobile: Proven experience with React Native 
Backend: Node.js with RESTful API design 
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs 
Prompt engineering and Vision models 
Hands-on experience with Python  
Experienced in NLP, computer vision, LLMs, and Python-based data workflows. 
PostgreSQL (Supabase preferred) with real-time data synchronization 
Stripe integration experience
