You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values autonomy and gives you the space to do your best technical work.You'll manage 2-4 concurrent website projects while handling client requests, building custom templates and functionality, developing sites using our theme and working through development cycles from build to post-launch edits. Beyond execution, we're looking for someone who can proactively improve our processes, elevate our theme library, mentor junior developers, and ensure our quality assurance is top-notch. This is a senior-level contributor role where you'll help set a high standard for the team.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & ImplementationWebsite Development: Build conversion-optimized, high-performance law firm websites using our proprietary Gutenberg-based WordPress theme.
