Your Role

As a Backend Engineer at Radity, youll design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Python and Django. Were especially interested in candidates with strong expertise in Django Rest Framework (DRF) and a solid understanding of modern backend practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs with Django Rest Framework (DRF).
Ensure code quality through unit testing and best software development practices.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment setups with Git.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For

4+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python and Django.
Strong proficiency in Django and related frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Solid understanding of web application security, networking, and protocols.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
