Job Description:

The Commerce App Ecosystem team is dedicated to building a robust and innovative developer platform, empowering third parties to extend the functionality of our e-commerce ecosystem.
By offering a comprehensive suite of APIs, we enable developers to deliver unique solutions for marketing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer management.
The App Ecosystem platform is crucial for our high-revenue merchants, as it allows them to access expanded functionality to improve operations and drive growth.
Looking for a skilled and experienced Java Backend Engineer to help build and enhance our robust developer platform.
In this role, you will augment a high impact team instrumental to powering client's Commerce goals.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise:
Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs with a strong understanding of API design principles, versioning, and documentation.
Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, especially when working with external developers.
