Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Front-End Developer to join our development team. This role focuses on creating responsive and efficient user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React. As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and engaging front-end applications that enhance user experience and deliver business value.
 
You will be expected to follow best practices in code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability, while contributing to our DevOps mindset and culture of continuous improvement.
 
Key Accountabilities:

Participate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders to ensure front-end solutions align with both functional and non-functional requirements.
Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration for planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
Deliver iterative releases with tested front-end components, contributing to a feedback-driven development process.
Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React, with awareness of component lifecycles and hooks.
Implement state management using Redux or equivalent libraries.
Build and maintain reusable front-end components and style libraries using tools such as Styled Components or Emotion.
Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and device types.
Integrate front-end components with RESTful API backends, handling both data presentation and user interactions.
Write and execute unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
Collaborate with QA and backend teams to support end-to-end testing and bug resolution.
Monitor and enhance UI performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Apply optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering.
Work with build tools such as Webpack, Rollup, or Node.js-based pipelines.
Contribute to version-controlled repositories, adhering to established coding and commit standards.
Prepare software documentation, user manuals, and internal knowledge-sharing materials.
Provide third-line support and defect correction for front-end issues in production
