This is a highly cross-functional role in blending software engineering, manufacturing operations, analytics, and continuous improvement. This is a backend-first, systems-oriented role. While the position spans the full stack, most of the long-term leverage comes from backend architecture: data modeling, authorization and RBAC, auditability, and secure multi-site design. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning core backend decisions from early stages, understands the downstream impact of architectural choices, and treats the frontend as an execution and workflow layer—not the system of record.  What You Will Do  You will build and ship full-stack features across a manufacturing management platform, with primary responsibility for backend systems including secure multi-site data architecture, audit systems, scoring engines, and performance dashboards. You will deploy and configure the platform at new manufacturing sites (SSO, RBAC, site-specific configuration), support tablet-first audit workflows on the factory floor, and translate Kaizen outcomes, standard work, and daily management needs into scalable software solutions.
