Responsibilities: 1. Core Area 1: Frontend Development and User Experiencea. Build responsive, intuitive web applications using Svelte/SvelteKit for transportation data processing & visualization, system management, and more!b. Design and implement user interfaces that make complex features accessible to diverse stakeholdersc. Create real-time dashboards and monitoring interfaces for system operatorsd. Ensure excellent user experience, including accessibility, across all devices and platforms2. Core Area 2: Backend Services and API Developmenta. Develop robust backend services in Golang that power the GraphQL and other event-driven services of our platformb. Design and implement workflow processing stages in both Golang and Python depending on needc. Integrate with our NATS messaging infrastructure to exchange events and react to new actions in the system in real-timed. Optimize API performance and ensure scalability as our SaaS platform grows3. Core Area 3: Data Integration and Real-Time Processinga. Work with our S3-based Data Lake and Dagster to bring new customer data onto the platform and off-board data to customer platformsb. Integrate with Numaflow stream processing to provide new, exciting AI-driven data processing capabilities to customersc. Build features that help customers understand and interact with their data on the Data Laked. Implement data visualization components and features to make complex analytic results digestiblee. Enable customers to perform “human in the loop” actions to improve/correct the AI capabilities they utilize through a feedback mechanism4. Core Area 4: Platform Development and DevOps Collaborationa. Collaborate with DevOps colleagues on containerized deployment using our Kubernetes/Argo CD infrastructureb. Work with Bazel build system and contribute to build optimization effortsc.
