About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep, hands-on coding expertise to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation, ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a complex corporate environment.Responsibilities:  Design, develop, test, and      maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications  Write clean, maintainable,      and well-documented code across front-end and back-end systems  Lead technical design and      architecture decisions for web-based platforms and services  Collaborate with product      managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to translate business      requirements into technical solutions  Develop and integrate APIs,      services, and databases to support enterprise applications  Ensure applications meet      performance, security, compliance, and scalability standards  Participate in code      reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding best      practices  Troubleshoot, debug, and      resolve complex production issues  Support and enhance      existing systems while contributing to modernization and technical debt      reduction  Mentor junior developers      and provide technical leadership within the teamExperience:  10+ years of professional      experience as a Full Stack Developer in a corporate or enterprise      environment  Extensive hands-on coding      experience across both front-end and back-end technologies  Proven experience building      and supporting large-scale, business-critical applications  Experience working within      Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies  Background in regulated      industries, healthcare, or service-based enterprises is preferred  Experience collaborating      with distributed teams and multiple business stakeholdersEssential Skills and Qualifications:  Strong proficiency in      front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern      frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)  Strong back-end development      experience with technologies such as Java, C#, Node.js, or Python  Experience designing and      consuming RESTful APIs and microservices  Solid understanding of      database design and development (SQL and NoSQL technologies)  Experience with cloud      platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines  Knowledge of security best      practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection  Familiarity with DevOps      practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools is a plus  Excellent problem-solving      skills and ability to work independently on complex systems  Bachelor’s degree in      Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent      experience)Why Join Us? Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
