This role develops and executes a comprehensive IT roadmap that drives transformation, strengthens operational efficiency, and supports long‑term organizational growth.A core focus of this role is overseeing the success of applications central to major enterprise initiatives, including the Cloud migration, the client migration from CORE to PAT, and the planned retirement of the CORE platform. The Director also leads technology efforts for the Medical Pharmacy Prior Authorization (PA) integration into Judi Health and contributes to creating an integrated Utilization Management (UM) Technology team.This position provides strategic leadership across infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and people management to enhance Prime’s technology capabilities. The Director partners with executive leadership and collaborates across multiple business and technology groups (“Blocks”) to ensure successful delivery, platform stability, and exceptional client support. The role includes oversight of multiple client implementations, ensuring alignment across teams and driving operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesExecute and provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide IT initiatives, ensuring technology investments align with business strategy, operational priorities, and organizational goals.
