You will focus primarily on building and improving user-facing features, along with understanding backend functionality and supporting cloud operations, troubleshooting, and system reliability. You will work directly with senior technical leadership, receiving structured mentorship and gradually taking on broader responsibility across the platform. Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Full-Stack Web Application Development:Design and implement new user-facing features for our SaaS applications.Build, adapt and extend APIs and related HTTP-based services to support application functionality.Investigate customer issues and system alerts to identify root cause, and then implement effective fixes that improve UI/UX, performance, and reliability.Update and extend automated regression tests to cover new/updated application functionality.Maintain and refactor existing code as needed for clarity and scalability. Cloud Infrastructure Operations:Help manage and improve our AWS environment (compute, networking, security, monitoring).Participate in strengthening our security posture and operational reliability.Use SQL and AWS tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Athena) to investigate production data issues and validate application behavior.Contribute to infrastructure improvements, Linux system administration and serverless automation efforts.  Internal Technical Expertise:Assist non-technical colleagues with occasional software or device issues.Help manage, leverage and secure business technology systems (e.g. G-Suite, Hubspot, MDM) as need arises.Translate technical issues into clear explanations and solutions.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
