OverviewThis is an existing WordPress website built with Elementor and WooCommerce, already structurally complete and currently in the final launch-readiness stage. No redesign, rebuild, or from-scratch development is required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Elementor Launch Refinement Specialist to execute presentation-layer harmonization, final WooCommerce validation, storefront clarity cleanup, and evidence-based closeout within a quality-focused 3–5 business day delivery window, with flexibility for thoughtful review and proof preparation.

This is precision refinement work for an established wellness brand. The ideal specialist values cohesion, calm authority, clean typography, staging discipline, content separation, and proof-based completion.

Project Scope

Global typography consistency across all pages, templates, widgets, footer, blog, and WooCommerce product areas
Harmonize the sitewide background palette using the calm tonal contrast and refined neutral warmth seen in premium wellness brands such as Goop, MindBodyGreen, and Parachute Home — soft ivory foundations, elegant charcoal readability, and restrained gold accents
Preserve existing structure exactly as-is
No redesign or layout rebuild
Remove any remaining visible shortcode or template remnants
Remove any remaining unapproved stock or placeholder imagery currently visible in storefront or coaching sections
Ensure the Juice Book storefront experience and Coaching services each have clearly separated, dedicated pages with no cross-merchandising confusion
Ensure blog remains intentionally staged with no public posts visible
Validate WooCommerce storefront readiness
Confirm product presentation, checkout flow, customer/admin email notifications, New York tax, and U.S. shipping settings remain correct
Maintain Coming Soon / staging-safe workflow until acceptance
No stock, placeholder, or demo content permitted

PayPal checkout integration already completed and functioning
Typography minimum sizing standards already largely implemented
Existing site structure and page layouts already approved

Definition of Done
Project is complete only when:

the site feels visually unified and launch-ready
desktop and mobile responsiveness verified
no 404s, visible shortcodes, template remnants, or stock/demo imagery
Juice Book and Coaching pathways are clearly separated

public desktop presentation proof included
evidence package delivered in one organized ZIP file

Selection Process
