About the Role

Act Bold is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Web Development team to oversee and coordinate web projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and our internal web developers. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between Act Bold’s clients and the web development team
Manage web development projects from kickoff through launch and post-launch support
Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks and timelines for developers
Lead project planning, scheduling, and status updates
Track deliverables, deadlines, and milestones to ensure projects stay on time and within scope
Facilitate clear, professional communication (written and spoken)
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively manage changes in scope
Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
Requiremens

Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development or digital projects
Strong understanding of web development workflows (front-end, back-end, CMS, hosting, etc.)
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with remote teams
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have

Experience working with marketing or digital agencies
Basic technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or common CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
