Full Job Description

Go Flooring is a fast-growing flooring company seeking a highly skilled Web & Creative Developer to support our digital marketing, automation, and content initiatives. This is a 1099 contractor role paid per project.

We are looking for someone who understands conversion-driven marketing, can build high-performing landing pages, and has strong creative production skills.

Responsibilities:

Build and optimize high-converting landing pages
Develop and implement JavaScript-based solutions
Work within Monday.com to build workflows and automation
Integrate AI tools to improve marketing and operational efficiency
Create marketing graphics using Adobe Photoshop
Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
Create motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects
Develop 3D elements using Element 3D
Collaborate with leadership on digital growth initiatives
Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Experience building landing pages focused on lead generation
Experience using Monday.com for workflow automation
Working knowledge of AI tools and integrations
Advanced skills in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Element 3D
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Compensation:

1099 Independent Contractor
Paid per project (rate determined by scope)
