UX Designer (Remote)

Summary:

We are seeking a UX Designer who can leverage an existing design system to deliver intuitive,
scalable user experiences. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and
cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly iterate on solutions while balancing user needs,
business goals, and technical constraints.


Key Responsibilities:

Design user-centered experience using the existing design library and established UX standards.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and align UX direction.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
Ensure consistency and scalability by adhering to and contributing to the design system.
Produce detailed Figma files with clear specifications for engineering handoff.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:


3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
Demonstrated experience working within established design systems.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design libraries).
Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams.
Strong understanding of technical implementation constraints (front-end frameworks, responsive design, system limitations).
Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in agile product environments.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React or similar).
Experience conducting lightweight user research or usability testing.

Other Job Details:

Duration: 6+ months with a high possibility of extension.
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $58/hr. on C2C. or $55/hr. on W2.
Interviews: Video interviews.
Docs required: Proof of ID may be required if the client requests it before the interview.
